Wellness Program- Creative Outlets

Need a creative outlet to help balance law school life?
Let us help you!
As part of our Wellness Program, we are encouraging your participation in some of the things that student affairs, the university, and Oxford is offering:

Law School Art Competition. An art competition for students, faculty, or staff. All entries must somehow relate to the law.  The law school community will vote on the winner.  The winner’s artwork will be permanently displayed somewhere in the law school and he/she will receive a prize!  More information coming soon...

Painting at Studio Whimzy. Join in on Wednesday, February 27th, at 5:30 p.m. at Studio Whimzy.  You will be painting the law school on canvas (see picture above).  Cost is $40.00 per person, supplies provided.  Feel free to bring food and drink!

The UM Museum. Take time to visit the university museum.  Now through the spring, they will have a display on Independent Expression: Self-taught Art of the Late 20th Century.

The Ford Center. Check out the number of events available at our Ford Center, http://www.fordcenter.org/events/.  Hilary Hahn could be a great Valentine (or Mardi Gras) date night, and Biloxi Blues has gotten great reviews!
